It’s that time of year again: bright colours, slapstick humour, and everything goes a bit topsy-turvy…it’s panto season! And the Revels Drama Group are exited to open their brand new pantomime written by group members Chris Cooper and Matt Barnard.
Director Chris Adderley said, “It been a privilege to work on this show. I’m very proud of what the cast and crew have achieved and I hope the audience enjoy it as much as we have done during rehearsals.”
The audience will be transported back to ancient Peking where they will follow Aladdin in his quest to find the Magic Lamp. Will he find it? And if he does, will the power it holds help him to foil wicked Abanazar and wed the Princess Jasmine? Join the audience and find out!
Aladdin plays from Thursday 22nd to Saturday 24th January at 7:30pm, with matinee performances on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th January at 2:30pm. Tickets can be booked from the Box Office on 01564 772585, in person from Palmers, High Street, Knowle or on the door. Tickets are £8 for adults, £7 for concessions and £6 for members.
