When Alec Firth plans a few days away in Spain with his assistant, Liz, the last thing he wants is for his wife to find out. He’s planned it meticulously but hasn’t reckoned on other family members turning up unexpectedly just before he’s due to leave – not to mention the arrival of a new (and very lively) puppy! Suddenly, his plans begin to unravel. Will he ever make it to Spain before his wife returns from her ‘girls only’ holiday in Europe, planned for the same few days? And will she find out what he’s been up to?
