Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves - January 2026

The pantomime Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves by Adrian Barradell ran from Friday 23rd January to Sunday 25th January 2026 at Knowle Village Hall

This is a traditional pantomime, closely following the original story from the Arabian Nights. When the villainous Al-Rashid and his band of thieves start terrorising the citizens of old Baghdad, Ali is determined to put an end to their activities – if he can only find their hideout. Aided by his girlfriend Morgiana, and a host of colourful characters, including a camel, Ali’s quest to bring the thieves to justice promises to be a lot of fun.
